Both sides, or nothing
A song carries two copyrights: the recording and the underlying composition. They are often owned by different people. We accept a track only where one vendor controls both.
15–60 second clips
Creators choose a segment, never the whole song. The bound is enforced on the server, not in the picker.
Silence in minutes
Audio is never baked into a video file. On a valid claim, every video using that track goes silent — a data change, not a re-encode.
