Privacy Notice

What we collect, and why

• Account details — name, email, password (hashed), sign-in history. Needed to operate your account securely.
• Business & tax identity (vendors) — legal name, PAN, GSTIN, bank details (encrypted). Required by Indian tax law before any payout.
• Rights documentation — the declarations and documents you submit to evidence ownership of your music. This is the legal basis of the catalogue.
• Usage records — uploads, approvals, plays and clip counts. Used for royalty accounting and platform safety, never sold.

We do not run advertising, do not sell personal data, and do not profile minors.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure where the law allows, and you may raise a grievance about how your data is handled. Signed-in vendors can do all of this from Your account → Your data requests; every request runs on a statutory response clock that we track and display.

Retention & security

We keep personal data only while your account is active or the law requires us to retain it (tax and rights records carry their own statutory periods). Sessions are encrypted, staff access is role-restricted and two-factor protected, and every sensitive action is written to an audit trail.

Sharing

Personal data is shared only with: (a) service providers (hosting, storage, email) bound to process it solely on our instructions; (b) authorities where the law requires it; and (c) partner applications, which receive catalogue and licensing metadata — never your account, tax or banking data. We do not sell personal data.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice; the version and date at the top always identify the text in force. Material changes are notified to account holders, and your original acceptance is recorded against the exact version you accepted.
